Boarding Hours
First Time Guests
All dogs must complete an Evaluation Day or Retest Day before being eligible for daycare and/or Free-Play services.
Check-in Policy
All overnight boarding guests are required to check-in no later than 5pm. We ask that you consider your dog’s familiarity level with the facility when planning their stay.
We may recommend or require an earlier check-in time if your dog is extra bouncy or has not visited recently — this helps them re-acclimate, enjoy some playtime, and settle before bedtime.
Cancellation Policy
We require cancellation notice by phone, email, or in person at a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellation fees apply:
• Daycare: $25 per dog | Overnight Boarding: $50 per dog
• Holiday Bookings: 50% of your entire reservation estimate
Daycare Packages
Credits are valid for 45 days from the date of first use. Only one credit per dog per day is allowed.
Full day and half day credits are not interchangeable. Credits are non-refundable and desired days and/or hours must be booked in advance. Pre-paid credits do not automatically reserve a spot.
Unlimited Daycare
No booking required — reservations are continual and auto-renew monthly. Payment is secured with a credit card on file.
Each dog needs their own subscription as benefits cannot be shared between household pets. Complimentary monthly baths must be scheduled. Bonus baths must be redeemed in the month earned as they do not roll over.
Pre-paid Packages — Please Note
Daycare and Boarding pre-paid packages do not include holiday closures, announced special hours, or temporary closings such as “Gone Fishing!”
Mealtimes
Approximate meal times are at 8am, 1pm, and 6pm. Your dog is not required to be fed at all meals. Dogs that are normally free fed at home will be offered food at all three mealtimes.
If your dog has serious health conditions and requires feeding at a different time, please let a staff member know.
Packing Food
All food must be packed in airtight, non-breakable containers and labeled with your pet’s first and last name and the drop-off date. Ziploc bags and safe plastic containers are acceptable. Refrigerated or frozen foods are fine.
We strongly recommend packing food in individual portions — this is the most accurate way to ensure your pet receives exactly what you intend.
Banned Food Items
The following will not be accepted: rawhide chews, Greenies, nylon chews, or any foods known to be toxic or present a choking/impaction hazard to canines.
Feeding
All dogs are fed individually and at their comfort level. Crate-trained dogs may eat in their crate; others are fed separately in an empty room with a staff member present.
Booking Grooming Services
Please notify a staff member if your dog has sensitivities. We will use hypoallergenic products only for their bathing session and accommodate any other needs.
Personal Items
All items (food, leash, collar, toys, blankets, etc.) must be labeled with your dog’s name and last initial. A maximum of two personal items (toys, blankies) are permitted and can only be used when your dog is separated from others.
We do not accept oversized items such as large beds. We are not responsible for lost items — please avoid sending anything valuable.
Forgot to Pick Up Your Dog?
If your dog is still present upon closing and we have not heard from you, they will be boarded for an additional night at double the normal overnight rate. All charges (boarding, house meals, etc.) are at the owner’s expense.
